Program only used ACFT equipment for training. 

Power Throw: 3% increase in distance 

Trap Bar Deadlift: Average weight increases of 40lbs. 

Dead Hang: 14% increase in time 

Hand Release Pushup: 9% increase in max reps 

1200 meter: 35% decrease in time 

2 mile: 4% decrease in time
